Webinar - CLE Pass Eligible

Presented by the Young Lawyers Section

About the Program

The need for increased diversity in the legal profession is not new. Whether it’s because your clients are asking for it or you believe it creates a better work environment for everyone, diversity is here to stay. The problem is, too many law firms take a “one-size fits all” approach to diversity or only do it to “check the box”. Change is required for diversity efforts to have a lasting impact on a law firm’s culture. This CLE will go over some of the top reasons why law firm diversity efforts are failing, and provide new ways to approach the topic for lasting impact and change.

You Will Learn

  • Why diversity efforts may fail
  • Why current efforts may not be enough
  • How to improve the results of your diversity efforts
