About the Program

This CLE will cover bedrock cases that every practitioner should be familiar with in the areas of alimony, child support, property division, contempt, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, evidence, financial disclosures, custody and access, trial proceedings, and counsel fees.

• An overview of the important cases in various areas of family law along with the corresponding legal concepts with which practitioners should be familiar

Who Should Attend

All family law practitioners.  This presentation will cover critical concepts in many areas of family law so can provide a learning opportunity for less experienced individuals or a refresher for more experienced ones.

The Connecticut Bar Association/CT Bar Institute is an accredited provider of New York State CLE. This program qualifies for newly admitted and experienced attorneys CLE credits.
