About the Program
Join us for a two-hour presentation by James Brosnahan, international trial lawyer, author, and trial advocacy teacher. He has tried over 150 cases to conclusion and has been named among the top 30 trial lawyers in the United States, according to the Legal 500 US. Attorney Brosnahan will guide us to improve our courtroom persuasion skills through a mix of lecture, examples, and demonstrations. Each attendee will receive a copy of Attorney Brosnahan’s latest book, Justice at Trial: Courtroom Battles and Groundbreaking Cases. Books will be sent after the program.

The Connecticut Bar Association/CT Bar Institute is an accredited provider of New York State CLE. This program qualifies for newly admitted and experienced attorneys CLE credits.
