About the Program
Seminar for workers’ compensation practitioners to hone their legal skills and understanding of specific areas of the law. Attendees will learn about developments in the labor market in the post Covid-19 world. The practical benefits of structuring settlement and management of MSA monies for the protection of the practitioner and their client. Ethical pitfalls in everyday practice of workers’ compensation. Dr. Holzman will present on the benefits of early return to work from a psychological standpoint, as well as pain psychology. Judge Schoolcraft will lead a Socratic discussion of professionalism in the Formal setting and hot-button workers’ compensation issues.
