Program Description
The Secretary of the State’s Business Services Division will present on business activity over the past 12 months, along with suggestions for attorneys filing on behalf of clients. The session will cover the growing issue of business filing fraud and changes to business organization law made by Public Act 2024-111. The Secretary’s Office will also highlight changes coming in 2025 regarding trade name filing with local town clerks.
