Veterans and the Criminal Legal System: A Brief Introduction

Program Description

Please join us for this one-hour joint section meeting as Judge O’Hanlan moderates and speakers Judge Dewey, Janice Wolf, and Joshua Grubaugh explore topics such as enhanced pretrial diversionary program opportunities, programming and benefits available to qualified veterans, and the question of arguing mitigation. An hour will fly by with these expert speakers.

Judge Dewey and Judge O’Hanlan may be well known to you from their years on the bench. Janice Wolf is a Staff Attorney of the Connecticut Veteran’s Legal Center. Joshua Grubaugh runs his own firm and has represented high profile and low-profile clients across multiple practice areas. See you there!
