Antitrust Topics for the Business Lawyer
Speaker
Jennifer M. Driscoll, Robinson+Cole LLP, New York
Program Description
This program provides an overview of antitrust law principles and analyzes the recent uptick in enforcement and policy statements by the U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division and the Federal Trade Commission. Topics will focus on aspects of antitrust law practitioners should keep in mind in commercial transactions outside of the M&A context, though the revise Merger Guidelines will also be covered. The goal is to give the audience practical advice on how to structure business practices and transactions to keep companies on the right side of the law as they vigorously compete in the market.
