This presentation will provide an overview of Supported Decision-Making as an emerging alternative to guardianship and conservatorship.  The presentation will include a discussion on national trends in supported decision-making; the current work of the Connecticut Supported Decision-Making Coalition, and how to incorporate supported-decision making into your practice.
