Program Description
The Labor and Employment Law Section and the Connecticut Employment Lawyers Association are pleased to host a dinner reception with District Judges Kari A. Dooley and Vernon D. Oliver at Anthony’s Ocean View in New Haven. Attendees will have an opportunity to hear the judge's observations about employment law cases in the District of Connecticut – including the role of the magistrate judge, discovery disputes, dispositive motions, best practices for settlement conferences and trial practice – and to participate in a Q&A session with the Judges.
