Program Description

The Connecticut Uniform Trust Code significantly clarifies and in some cases alters substantive and procedural laws governing trust disputes, including statutes of limitation, jurisdiction, virtual representation, fiduciary duties, settlements, and more. We will give a broad overview of these key changes and analyze some recent Connecticut cases interpreting and applying relevant provisions of the CUTC.

Additional Parking

Additional parking is available across the street at Saint Rita’s Church (1620 Whitney Avenue). The restaurant advised that the church lot is the best place for members to park in the event the lot is full.
