Program Description

Bill O'Sullivan will present important 2024 business-law decisions of the Connecticut Supreme Court and Connecticut Appellate Court, with an emphasis on decisions of interest to transactional lawyers. Attorney O'Sullivan is a past chair of the CBA’s Litigation Section. Every year since 2010 he has authored the “Business Litigation Year in Review” for the Connecticut Bar Journal.
