About the Program
The state of affairs in U.S. immigration is a dynamic and complex issue, shaped by shifting policies, political debates, and global events. It involves the movement of people across borders, driven by reasons such as economic opportunity, conflict, and family reunification. Immigration realities can change rapidly based on shifts in administrative policy, laws and regulations in the United States. This webinar will discuss facts about our current immigration system, break down the current administration's executive orders as they relate to immigration, and discuss resources available to address the new challenges of today.

The Connecticut Bar Association/CT Bar Institute is an accredited provider of New York State CLE. This program qualifies for newly admitted and experienced attorneys CLE credits.
Attorneys seeking NY CLE credit who have been admitted to the New York State Bar for two years or less must attend the live seminar for skills or ethics credit, a fully interactive videoconference, or simultaneous transmission with synchronous interactivity. Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias CLE credits are only available as non-transitional credits. If the seminar is recorded, all member registrants will receive complimentary access to the recording approximately six weeks after the program.
