Planning for Uncertainty

Speaker

Stephen Liss, Esq., Dungey Dougherty, PLLC.

Program Description

While these may feel like uncertain times, the truth is estate planners are always planning in an age of uncertainty.  Given that we design structures intended to operate over lifetimes, and perhaps multiple lifetimes, we should take every opportunity to build flexibility into our planning.  This presentation will consider the various ways an estate plan may be required to adapt to changed circumstances, and the wide range of tools available to ensure a plan is flexible enough to continue achieving the goals of our clients even as those goals evolve over time.
