Program Description

This program will provide an overview on how to draft an effective engagement letter with a focus on the Trusts & Estates context. It will cover the basic elements of any engagement letter, specific clauses for estate planning, estate administration, and fiduciary litigation matters, the relevant rules of professional conduct, and best practices. Attendees will learn how a well-drafted engagement letter can set client expectations and avoid conflict. This presentation will be eligible for Ethics CLE credit.
