About the Program

20-year veteran Attorney Michael Fryar will walk attendees through the conservatorship process in probate, responsibilities of a Social Security Representative payee, the initiation of an application for Title XIX Medicaid, and strategies to successfully see it to completion.

• The process for commitment, from paperwork to hearing
• The steps to secure the client's finances, including becoming a rep payee for Social Security
• When to initiate a Medicaid application, and how to see it through to completion
