Program Description

The program will address waiver and non-waiver programs available to adults under 65, including:

  • Money Follows the Person
  • Community First Choice
  • PCA Waiver

You will learn what is the process to access each of these programs, who is eligible, which Husky insurance is required, what services are provided, when should the applicant apply for the services, what happens when the applicant turns 65 years old, and who can we refer clients to for help at each of these programs.
