Program Description

This program will provide you with an understanding of the Attestation process for discharging federal student loans and what you need to know to be successful. It will also touch on private student loans in the bankruptcy setting and what to do if your client does not qualify for a discharge through the Attestation process.

You will learn where to get the information necessary to analyze and prepare a case, how to evaluate a client for dischargeability, and what to do when discharge isn’t an option or likely.
