Program Description

Robert will present on sales tax for builders and contractors, focusing especially on common trades. Although this area of law is not new, it is receiving significant attention from the Department of Revenue Services. This often results in large assessments for taxpayers, which could easily be avoided if taxpayers better understood existing law and how it applies to their trade.
