Professor Neal Feigenson, our featured speaker, will talk about visual communication and persuasion in the law. He will show and discuss examples of demonstrative evidence and illustrative aids, share some of the psychological research that explains why video, graphics, and other visuals affect viewers the way they do, and show how visuals and multimedia can be integrated into persuasive appeals to opposing counsel, judges, and juries.
