The speakers will discuss the implications of a recent Hawaii Supreme Court decision applying a CGL pollution exclusion to a lawsuit brought by two Hawaii counties for losses allegedly caused by major oil companies, who the Counties alleged knew or should have known their products would cause climate related disasters.
