About the Program
Artificial intelligence (AI) has changed how prospective clients find legal help – and most law firms have no idea how they’re appearing (or not appearing) in AI-generated results. This program presents original research covering how law firms appear across three major AI platforms – Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Google AI Overviews – in nine markets and six practice areas. The findings are counterintuitive, platform-specific, and directly actionable.
Attendees will leave with a clear understanding of how AI search works differently from traditional search, what the data reveals about law firm visibility, and concrete steps they can take to improve their firm’s presence in AI-generated results.
You Will Learn
- How major AI search platforms - Perplexity, ChatGPT, Claude, Google AI Overviews, and others - generate results differently from traditional search engines, and why those difference matter for law firm visibility.
- How to identify how a firm currently appears (or fails to appear) in AI-generated search results across relevant practice areas and markets.
- How to apply platform-specific strategies to improve a firm's visibility in AI search results, including website structure, content positioning, and citation-building practices.
