When parachuting into a jurisdiction where you do not normally argue appeals, how do you come off looking like a natural rather than an outsider? Chief Justice Blake joins us from the Massachusetts Appeals Court to offer her insights into the good, bad, and ugly of cross-state appellate practice from the Bench’s perspective.
