Program Description

Join us for an in-depth conversation among legal professionals with diverse perspectives and hands-on experience with generative artificial intelligence in litigation. Our panelists will explore the ethical and practical considerations with GenAI-assisted court filings and advocacy.  They will offer guidance on both responsibly integrating AI tools into your litigation and appellate practice, as well as how to respond when others do so, both internally and externally. We will discuss best practices in legal research, drafting, and case preparation; common pitfalls to avoid; emerging rules and standing orders governing AI use; and takeaways from recent judicial decisions.  Regardless of where you are in the adoption spectrum, you will leave with ideas to navigate this new reality.
