Applications for new member benefits are accepted in July of each year. Applications are due in September and reviewed by the Membership Committee before November 1. Accepted new benefits will have an effective contract date of January 1 and will be in effect for two years. After two years, the benefit will be reviewed by the Membership Committee for renewal.
