About the Committee
The Generative AI Committee (GAIC) will conduct an in-depth exploration of current and emerging AI technologies, with a particular focus on generative AI, and their implications and impact for the practice of law. The GAIC will foster a comprehensive understanding of generative AI, its functionalities, and its global applications within the legal profession. The CBA aims to assist the legal profession in effectively navigating the transformative impacts of generative AI, with the goal of enhancing legal practice and access to justice.
