OneNote for Legal Professions

Program Description

OneNote is ideal for legal practices – paralegals, clerks, legal assistants, lawyers and law students can all benefit from this organizational and collaborative tool.  OneNote allows all who are assigned to the same case to work on matters and share information – in real-time.  OneNote has safety and confidentiality standards in place, allowing law firms to share the notebook with only those working on it, and allows deeper security by being able to password protect the entire notebook, whole sections or individual pages.  It is an ideal tool for digitally managing your caseload or trial notebooks, allowing you to take notes, embed pictures, screen captures, sound files, PowerPoints, Word Documents, and more.  Another benefit is the portability of the notebooks; anywhere you have access to a device (tablet, smartphone or computer) you can pull up your OneNote and access and input information on the fly.
