 Algorithm Discrimination in Fair Housing/Lending

Program Description

The session will provide a basic overview of how algorithms work in the world of fair housing/lending. We will discuss the legal implications of algorithm discrimination in general and in practice. Included in the discussion will be litigation brought against Facebook and Rocket Mortgage alleging discrimination based on algorithm and other types of fair housing discrimination.
