Program Description
The Presenters will share highlights and lead discussions of topics presented at the annual NASBTS meeting, including sales and use tax legislation and case law of digital products and services, state decoupling of the One Big Beautiful Bill and other federal tax issues, the ethical impact of AI on state and local tax professionals, topics in retirement and trust planning, and other relevant and timely tax issues.
