Attorneys from the Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority’s (“PURA”) Office of Education, Outreach, and Enforcement (“EOE”) and attorneys for GoNetspeed will discuss how the need arose for a new, more efficient process by which utility poles in the public right-of-way are replaced in accordance with PURA rules, pursuant to federal, state, and local building and electrical codes, and in support of the rapid deployment of advanced broadband.
