DePino, Nuñez, & Biggs, LLC (DNB) to oversee its lobbying activities. DNB is a trusted Connecticut bipartisan government relations firm with insider knowledge to deliver effective change. Providing tailored strategic lobbying and an effective government relations program, their team works year-round with elected and appointed officials on both sides of the aisle to achieve policy goals.
Established in 2003, DNB was built upon providing clients with a voice at the Capitol. In addition to decades of lobbying experience, DNB’s team have served in the Connecticut General Assembly, and worked as Senior Staff in both the House of Representatives and State Senate. They have also served as Municipal Government Relations Director, Association of Connecticut Lobbyists President, and State Party Chairman and have held numerous leadership roles in both Federal and statewide campaigns.
Melissa Biggs, a partner at DNB, will serve as our senior lobbyist. Attorney Biggs has worked with several sections over the past few years and is well versed with the CBA.
