napoli_michelle_800x800_72Michelle Napoli is a partner in the Hartford and Bridgeport offices of Morrison Mahoney LLP, where she concentrates her practice in the areas of professional liability defense, premises liability, construction defect, dram shop and hospitality defense, transportation liability, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, product liability, alternative dispute resolution and tort defense. With over 25 years of trial practice and civil litigation experience, Michelle represents attorneys, architects, engineers, real estate and insurance agents and brokers, small and large businesses, insurance companies, property owners, retailers and contractors in civil litigation and administrative matters.

Attorney Napoli is admitted before the Connecticut Superior Courts, the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, the Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Court and the Mohegan Gaming Disputes Court. She has been appointed as an attorney trial referee and attorney fact-finder arbitrator for the Judicial Districts of Hartford, New Britain and Waterbury since 2019.

Attorney Napoli is vice chair of the CBA’s Women in the Law Section and is a member of the Litigation Section’s executive committee. She is also a member of the Connecticut Defense Lawyer’s Association, DRI, and the Connecticut Supreme Court Historical Society. She is on the board of director’s for the YMCA of Greater Hartford, Wheeler Branch and is a frequent contributor to church street eats, which provides meals, personal care items, and clothing to people in need in the greater Hartford community.
