Dear CBA members,
I regret to announce that our Executive Director, Keith Soressi, has tendered his resignation effective as of December 31, 2024. While we at the CBA will miss Keith, this is a happy moment for him. He will be retiring to enjoy time with his family and hobbies.
Keith joined us in 2018 and has done a terrific job leading our organization, including through the very difficult time of COVID where, under his leadership, the CBA provided invaluable resources to all of us as we dealt with the challenge of sustaining our practices in a new world. Most recently, he was instrumental in overseeing our move from New Britain to our new headquarters in Meriden. Those are just two of the many, many successful projects that have Keith’s fingerprint on them. We thank him for his leadership and wish him all the best in his retirement.
The Executive Committee will now undertake a search for a new Executive Director, which we hope will coincide with Keith’s departure.
Sincerely,
James T. (Tim) Shearin
President, Connecticut Bar Association
