The author reviews postjudgment interest rates awarded by our trial courts, and provides a helpful comparison of Connecticut’s law with the laws of 48 other states regarding post-judgment interest awards. Finally, the author offers specific suggestions for future legislative action regarding postjudgment interest awards in civil cases.
