About the Program

The program is designed to present information to attorneys who are either interested in acquiring a law firm or attorneys who are looking to sell their law firm. Information and strategies will be presented to bridge the gap in the transition process. This will include, but not be limited to: taxes, ethics, administrative requirements, managing student loans while taking over a firm, etc.

  • How to identify if a transition is realistic and how to start the process
  • About the challenges that the team will face, short-term and long-term
  • The winding down process for the seasoned attorneys

Any attorney with less than five years of practice and attorneys looking to retire in the next ten years will benefit from this program.
