Program Description

PA 19-12, “An Act Concerning the Inclusion of Black and Latino Studies in the Public School Curriculum,” requires SERC to develop a course and provide materials to public schools by the 2020-22 school year.  Public schools are required to offer the class starting in the 2022-23 school year. This program will discuss the status and content of the Black and Latino course curriculum
