About the Program

The pace of modern media presents new challenges for attorneys when their work and/or their clients land in the public eye. Using insights from the media and practicing attorneys, this presentation will provide participants with guidance on the practical and ethical considerations they must undertake when they find themselves interfacing with journalists.
