The CBA has enhanced your CLE experience with video production of select in-house CLE seminars. You can purchase an on-demand CLE and watch it through any browser, on any platform, wherever and whenever is convenient for you, as many times as you wish. These on-demand seminars still allow the CBA to offer New York CLE credit certificates and Connecticut letters of attendance for these programs.

Lawyer-Client Fee Dispute Resolution Program
The Program provides lawyers and clients with an opportunity to resolve or attempt to resolve disputes over legal fees through mediation arbitration, or both. The program is a free community service, confidential, and impartial. Participants do not need to have a lawyer to use the program.

Lawyer-to-Lawyer Dispute Resolution Program
Lawyer-to-Lawyer Dispute Resolution is a voluntary, confidential program designed to help attorneys resolve disputes including but not limited to law firm dissolution, withdrawal of a partner or shareholder from the firm, and allocation of fee between lawyers in different firms.

Legal Research and Writers Community List
A list of CBA attorney members who can provide legal research and writing services for a negotiated rate is available. The list provides a way for lawyers to gain valuable experience and compensation for helping other lawyers with legal research and/or writing projects. The mix of new lawyers and experienced lawyers is a perfect incubator for mentoring, reverse mentoring, networking, and growing a practice.
