Webinar
Access Recording
Presented by the Connecticut Bar Institute and LEAP Legal Software
About the Program
Legal operations (“legal ops”) describes the point where everything you need to practice law intersects. It's a helpful and exhaustive way to think about your practice, but you don't have unlimited time. Clients need help; lights need to be kept on. You need easy wins, quickly. During this presentation, Attorney Groff will share steps he took to improve legal operations as firm administrator at a small and busy law firm. In the end, the changes they made together were worthwhile, and a definite net gain.
You Will Learn
You will leave with a practical worksheet you can use to:
- Evaluate why you should even “waste time” with legal ops
- Learn the terms you need to identify your current legal ops setup
- Map your current workflows
- Perform a profitability analysis before hiring (staff) or buying (apps)
- Make the most out of sales and marketing contacts
