In-person registration costs include electronic materials, lunch, and parking in the public garage at 35 Bank St. Virtual registration costs include electronic materials and is priced the same as in-person registration to compensate for the expense of technology for providing remote participation.

The Connecticut Bar Association reserves the right to transfer any planned in-person or hybrid CLE program to a virtual-only webinar at its own discretion. Registrants will be notified in advance of the date of the program if such a change is made.
CLE Credit
CT: 4.0 CLE Credits (3.5 General; 0.5 Ethics)
NY: 4.5 CLE Credits (4.0 AOP; 0.5 Ethics)
The Connecticut Bar Association/CT Bar Institute is an accredited provider of New York State CLE. This program qualifies for transitional and non-transitional CLE credits.
Attorneys seeking NY CLE credit who have been admitted to the New York State Bar for two years or less must attend the live seminar for skills or ethics credit, or a fully interactive videoconference. Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias CLE credits are only available as non-transitional credits. Financial hardship information is available upon request.
If the seminar is recorded, all member registrants will receive complimentary access to the recording approximately six weeks after the program. Please note that refunds will not be granted once course materials have been sent. Cancellations made less than 2 business days prior to event are non-refundable.
