About the Program

The Workers’ Compensation Retreat is a well-rounded two-day seminar offering presentations on both legal and medical issues. The seminar will feature presentations from orthopedic surgeons well versed in the treatment of workers’ compensation patients, followed by a thorough evaluation of the Medicare Set-Aside requirements, the expectations for mediation and an analysis of a controversial Supreme Court decision.

Experienced and inexperienced attorneys seeking a better understanding of workers’ compensation, orthopedic injuries, the Medicare Set-Aside process and mediation.

Event Cost

(Includes cocktail reception on March 20, snacks on March 21 and breakfast on March 22, and *electronic course materials. Lunches, dinners, and hotel are not included.) Except in compelling circumstances, refunds of seminar payments will not be granted for cancellations received after 10:00 a.m. on March 18, 2022.

Hotel Room Reservation Information

Stay at the Stowe Mountain Lodge on March 20, 21, and 22 for $225.00 per night plus applicable hotel fees and taxes. A limited block of rooms has been reserved and are being held on a “first come, first served” basis.
