Roundtable Discussion of Connecticut Brownfield’s Programs

Program Description

Please join the Environmental Section for its first in person meeting in over 2 years! The topic of the meeting will be a discussion about the current brownfields programs and I invite everyone to bring their personal experiences with these programs to share with the group. This is an important discussion to have to see how these programs are working.

COVID Safety

We require that all in-person visitors to the building or off-site CBA-hosted events review our In-person Visitor and Event Attendance Policy. If you register to attend this event in-person, you must attest that you are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 in accordance with CDC recommendations, or will obtain a viral COVID test administered by a healthcare professional within the 72 hours preceding the event, and only attend the in-person event if the test is negative.

The Connecticut Bar Association continues to regularly assess the safety of hosting in-person events. The Association reserves the right to transfer this event to a virtual-only format at its own discretion. All registrants will be notified in advance of the date of the program if such a change is made. If this meeting transfers to a virtual-only format, attendee registrants will be refunded.
