Program Description

Join the Environmental Section for a discussion of the new Environmental Use Restriction (EUR) Regulations and new forms. We will go through the basics of the regulations for Environmental Land Use Restrictions (ELURs) and Notice of Activity and Use Limitations (NAULs) and some of the forms, specifically the ones that were recently updated. We will also have a title searcher and surveyor join the discussion to give input on two other pieces of an EUR Application. Tim Kearney is a title searcher that frequently does EUR title searches and title certificates and Robert (Bob) Dahn is a surveyor who was on the committee that advised DEEP on the EUR survey requirements and works on EUR surveys. This will be an interactive discussion so feel free to ask questions or bring some scenarios to discuss with the group.
