About the Program

Join Sara Soyeju, RDN, MAPP for a webinar that will teach you how to use the science of psychology to develop a healthy relationship with food and create sustainable healthy habits. She will discuss how making a BIG SHIFT in perspective can help us to sustain healthy eating habits, and how to practically build habits that last.

sara soyejuSara Soyeju, RDN, MAPP 
Sara Soyeju is a Registered Dietitian, Nutrition Project Consultant, Adjunct Professor and Founder of EdiblePsychology. Her overall goal is to help individuals to grow in health by using self-awareness and self-compassion to build sustainable healthy behaviors. She also focuses on training dietitians to apply the science of positive psychology to the field of dietetics.

She completed her BS in Human Nutrition and Food Science from Colorado State University, Dietetic Internship at Texas State University, and received a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania. Her unique combination of fields of study helps her to focus on supporting mental wellbeing while motivating individuals to build healthy eating habits. 

She has over 10 years of experience in academic and pharmaceutical nutrition research, education, and counseling and over 7 years of experience as a Director of Nutrition Education with expertise in project management, securing over $9M in grant funding and leading a team of nutrition professionals to fight for food equity in NYC. She currently provides nutrition counseling and project management consulting through Edible Psychology. She also teaches the Positive Nutrition Counseling course to graduate nutrition students at New York University.
