Don will update the Section on the current landscape facing the industry that we serve, with special attention to legislative and supply chain issues. The discussion will focus on how issues like supply chain difficulties, inflation, legalized marijuana, and the attorney general's renewed interest in enacting a False Claims Act impact our clients and their projects.
