Please join us for a robust discussion of the Section’s 2023 Legislative initiatives including a Connecticut decanting statute and a statute to revoke beneficiary designations, etc. on divorce.  We will also discuss remote notarization, remote execution of estate planning documents, the Uniform Fiduciary Income & Principal Act and other legislative proposals which will be front and center in the upcoming years.
