About the Program

A look at some actual claims made by and against adjoining owners (Or: Do you really want to spend that much time and money fighting over 6 inches of dirt?). We will look at issues pertaining to claims of adverse possession, boundary line disputes, dedication and acceptance of streets, releases of mortgages, pleading requirements in quiet title lawsuits, and other title-related litigation issues.
