Program Description

Please join us for an informative presentation on the newly enacted Department of Justice Guidelines regarding student loans and Section 523(a)(8) of the Bankruptcy Code. Our panelists will explain what the new guidelines are, why the Department of Justice has issued same and the potential changes or ramifications regarding the treatment of student loans in bankruptcy.
