The most common missteps for busy practitioners are neither mortal nor venial. Instead they most frequently arise from forgetting the essentials of diligence and responsiveness in “customer relations.” This interactive program will provide a refresher on those essentials; along with tips for avoiding both grievance complaints and damages claims.
