Program Description
The Labor and Employment Section is pleased to host a dinner reception with Federal Judges Kari A. Dooley and Sarala V. Nagala at Anthony’s Ocean View in New Haven. Attendees will have an opportunity to hear Judge Dooley and Judge Nagala’s observations about employment law cases in the District of Connecticut – including discovery disputes, dispositive motions, and trial practice – and to participate in a Q&A session with the Judges.
