About the Program

The moderators for this program are experienced attorneys who have each represented school boards and parents throughout the span of their careers.  The moderators will facilitate a conversation amongst our board and parent attorneys on such topics as:  PPT meetings, teacher limitations per their contract, Child Find, failure to implement IEPs and how to address, school discipline and expulsions.
